About SoulForm Yoga
When I started yoga 13 years ago, it was all about the physical - strength, alignment, form. But over time, I discovered it's so much more than that. Yoga isn't about the perfect poses; its about using movement to come into the body, quiet the mind and reconnect. It's a chance to slow down, create space and breath in a world that rarely pauses. I started SoulForm Yoga with a vision to build a community for everyone, where we can move mindfully and with joy always.

Becca Wallis
I am a 200hr RYT and a Registered Nurse. I love powerful practices that challenge and take us to our edge, but with lots of modifications and options to ensure everyone can feel included.
